I hug the tree and feel

it’s wisdom and energy

I watch the sun rises,

true bliss ~ it gives me

What could have made this greater,

would be sharing it with thee

She tell us to listen and be aware

To wake up, to see and start to care
To take a stand and be prepared
For the shift that has to be done

It is so very soothing

It centers your mind

This enormous creature

With powers so vast

One minute - high waves

next minute - so calm

Stay in the element

Feel the rapidly shifts

Aliveness…..

Awareness…….
