In the woods I feel so free
connected to each stone and tree
To know that we’re all one - not part,
tranquility and peace at heart
Each tree I see I want to greet
To warmly hug and take a seat
beside it’s trunk, ~ feel the love
and energy that through us flow
A frog that jumps, a sign to me,
on my sleeve down sits a bee,
birds flying by, a message cries
they all are telling us to rise
All souls, all creatures, all to be,
a piece in one machinery
Alive and breathing all in one
Look within and feel the bond
Calm and balanced in my soul
Refreshed in oneness with the soil
Look in your heart and find the course
to remember that we’re all of Source
